The NTMFS4821NT1G is a single N-channel enhancement mode Field Effect Transistor(FET). It is mainly used in low voltage applications, such as power management or driver circuits, or even as a low side switch. It performs optimally in applications that require switching, low RDS(on) conduction characteristics or high current capacity.

This single N-channel FET is constructed with a silicon substrate, a gate oxide layer and a silicon nitride layer. The gate oxide layer acts as an insulator and prevents current from flowing through the transistor. The silicon nitride layer provides a smooth, evenly distributed energy band and provides superior electrical characteristics. The substrate provides the necessary heat sinking capabilities.
