The SFT1341-W is a common and very popular transistor, largely used because of its versatility. It is mainly used for switching, amplifying and processing applications, and it has become a vital part of the modern electronic circuit designs. A Single Field Effect Transistor (FET), it is also known as a MOSFET, and has become the go-to choice for many engineers and technicians.
