The SFT1350-H, a MOSFET with a single chip is a type of transistor that is based on Metal–oxide–semiconductor Structure. It consists of a source (S), a Body (B) and a Drain (D) pin which are connected to the semiconductor material. It has high current handling capability and requires comparatively low power as compared to other types of transistors.

It is mainly used in switched-mode power supplies, motor control circuits and audio power amplifier circuits. Being a unipolar transistor, it only has one carrier type, i.e. electrons, which gives it an advantage over the other types of transistors in maintaining a low noise level.
