AOT4N60 is a high-performance enhancement-mode Metal-Oxide Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor (MOSFET), produced by Advanced Power Electronics Corporation. It is a kelvin-source type which provides low resistance on-state current conduction and high switching frequency capabilities.
