The SPP03N60C3XKSA1 is an N-channel 60V buffer extremely low gate charge power MOSFET with superior avalanche energy capability. It is best for applications where low gate charge is essential with compression of drain-source ON-resistance, fast switching speed and ease of paralleling applications.
