Introduction
The CSD87350Q5D is a field-effect transistor (FET) array manufactured by Texas Instruments (TI). It is composed of 5 N-channel Trench MOSFETs that are connected together in series to form a voltage-controlled switch. The FET array is capable of controlling up to 3.5A sustained current, and is essentially an integrated solutions that allows designers to economize the number of components needed for their circuit. Application Fields

Working Principle

Similarly, if the voltage falls below the desirable range, the FETs will open and allow current to flow.
