The IPD60R650CEAUMA1 is a single N-channel MOSFET (metal oxide semiconductor field effect transistor) used for power switching applications. It is designed for use in both high voltage and low voltage applications, and is suitable for applications where high frequency switching is required. It is also suitable for use in applications where it will be operated in reverse (Source-drain) mode.The IPD60R650CEAUMA1 is a high-efficiency MOSFET, capable of handling up to 600 volt direct current with low on-resistance, resulting in minimal energy losses during switching.
