The IRF3315STRR is a single N-Channel Power Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET) that has been designed for use in switching applications at frequencies up to 5MHz. It has a 3.3V gate drive voltage and optimized for use in switch mode power supplies, DC-DC converters, motor drive and dc-dc inverters. The transistor can handle up to 500V drain-source voltage and up to 15A drain current and is available in through hole and surface mount packages.

The IRF3315STRR is rated for 30V trigger voltage and comes with a fast gate charge rising and fall times and low gate input capacitance. This makes it ideal for use in high frequency switching applications. The transistor has a very low on-resistance of 22mΩ, meaning very little power is wasted in switching and it has low gate charge to minimize switching losses.
