The IRF3711 is a Power Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor Field-Effect Transistor or MOSFET for short, which has single N- Chanel configuration. The maximum voltage rating for this device is 200V, and it can handle currents up to 19 amps. The device comes in a surface mount 3x2 package. It has an on-resistance of 1.3 ohms when Vgs voltage is -10V and 6.3 ohms when Vgs is 0V, and a thermal resistance of 22K/W. Its maximum drain-source voltage is 210V and the maximum power dissipation is 44W. The device is rated for a drain current of 10A and drain-source breakdown voltage of 175V.
