IXTA300N04T2 is a product of Infineon Technologies. It is a discrete-level Insulated Gate Bipolar Transistor (IGBT) with an integrated Paralleled High-Side N/P-Channel MOSFET as well as an integrated NVFET with low forward-on voltage and low gate-drive power, offering excellent thermal performance and reliable operation.
The IXTA300N04T2 is suitable for applications such as motor drives, wireless power transfer, Unified power flow controllers and power conversion systems. It is ideal for applications that require an efficient, low-noise and low-EMI power conversion, such as those producing multiple power outputs. The IXTA300N04T2 is designed with an integrated low-side output switch, providing a total DC switched power range from 15 Watts to 60 Watts. This makes it well-suited for a variety of power supplies and other power-consuming applications.
The IXTA300N04T2 has wide application fields due to its features.
