RN2964(TE85L,F) is an array of pre-biased transistors, consisting of two complementary NPN (negative-positive-negative) and two complementary PNP (positive-negative-positive) transistors. This 4-Pack is especially designed for use in RF (radio frequency) applications. The package is similar to the classic TO-type packages and offers superior temperature stability compared to the its traditional counterparts.The RN2964 is a great choice for designers looking for compact solutions that offer superior reliability and performance for applications such as signal switching, amplifiers, and frequency control.
