SSM3J338R,LF is a single-field effect transistor that belongs to the class of transistors known as Metal Oxide Field Effect Transistors (MOSFET). It is manufactured by Infineon Technology and is used in many consumer electronic products. Additionally, its fast switching speeds allow it to be used in high speed Pulse-Width Modulation (PWM) circuits or high speed logic circuits.
