DMN2050LFDB-7 is a terminal array, which is an array of metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistors (MOSFETs). This device integrates two types of MOSFETs, an N-channel and an Enhancement mode, into a single chip for added protection against electrostatic damage and improved power efficiency. The device is built with a self-contained metal–oxide–semiconductor gate and drain structure which is commonly used in integrated circuits.

This means that the current flow between Gate and drain is only limited by the resistance of the MOSFET.
