FDMS7570S

The FDMS7570S is a single N-channel power MOSFET developed by Nexperia/NXP Semiconductors that supports a wide range of applications including power management, DC/DC switching, pulse width modulated ("PWM") control, and high-power converters. The device offers low on-resistance and requires low gate drive power, making it particularly suitable for use in portable, low voltage applications. It has a wide operating voltage range (4.5V ~ 30V) and a high current density, allowing for its use in power supplies with high power density. This MOSFET can also be used for high voltage switching, such as for motor drive applications.

The FDMS7570S is a single N-channel MOSFET, meaning it has one p-type source and one n-type drain connected to an insulated gate.
