IRF634NSPBF is a N-Channel Enhancement Mode Field-Effect Transistor (FET). It was specifically designed to minimize on-state resistance while providing superior switching performance. This device is particularly well suited for low voltage applications such as notebook/netbook computers, PDAs, LCD/LED displays, portable audio players, and other handheld devices. In addition, it can be used in motor drive applications, product development, and other applications requiring lower voltage.

The IRF634NSPBF has a minimized on-state resistance, RDS(on), which allows an improved conduction at the same drain to source voltage. This device also has low gate charge and fast switching time. The gate to source threshold voltage (Vth) is 4 volts. With its low on-state resistance, the IRF634NSPBF is ideal for high-frequency DC-DC converters, high-side/low-side switches, and other power products requiring a higher level of system performance.

The design of the IRF634NSPBF is based on advanced silicone-gate MOSFETs technology. The unique structure of this FET enables the exceptional properties of low on-state resistance and fast switching. This advanced structure also provides a system immunity to switching noise, which makes this device suitable for high-voltage and high-current applications. This device works by utilizing the principle of bandgap narrowing.
