IRF730STRLPBF is a third generation enhancement Vertical N-Channel MOSFET developed using advanced Planar Technology, designed for improved switching performance and enhanced reliability. It is highly suitable for most applications requiring medium to high voltage and current range. The IRF730STRLPBF can be considered as a low power or low Voltage application field MOSFET since it has features that give it an improved DC current drain, lower voltage drops and an almost resistive switching transfer that is far superior to its predecessor. In addition to its improved static characteristics, the IRF730STRLPBF also exhibits superior switching timing parameters and improved thermal stability.

IRF730STRLPBF Application Field

IRF730STRLPBF Working Principle

A MOSFET, which stands for Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor, is an active three terminal device consisting of a semiconductor material, a source, a drain, and a gate.
