The device includes a number of high-performance features that make it suitable for many demanding applications.When connected to a power source, the MOSFET will actively reduce the drain-to-source voltage (VDS) to help reduce static power consumption. In addition, the gate-to-source voltage (VGS) can be varied to control the drain current. When the VGS is increased, more current will flow through the MOSFET. The maximum current that can flow through the MOSFET is limited by the drain-to-source voltage (VSD).The IRF7433 also features a fast switching time with low power dissipation, which makes it suitable for high-speed applications.
