The IRF7601PBF has a low drain-source on-resistance of only 75 mΩ and a fast switching speed, enabling it to be used in high-efficiency, high-speed circuits. It has a drain-source voltage of 600V and a drain current of 12A meanwhile. The on-state resistance is 75 mΩ and its threshold voltage is between 0.8V and 4V.
