IRF830SPBF is an advanced MOSFET manufactured by International Rectifier – an American semiconductor manufacturer.

The IRF830SPBF was designed with a single-channel enhancement mode MOSFET in a TO-220AB package. It has a low-threshold voltage (VTH) of 2.5V, making it suitable for medium- to high-powered applications.

The maximum junction temperature supported on the IRF830SPBF is 150°C, while the source-drain breakdown voltage (BVdss) is 40V. The gate-source breakdown voltage (BVgs) is 30V, with a gate capacitance of 15nF. Similarly, the on-state resistance (RDS(on)) for the IRF830SPBF is a mere 3mΩ.
