IRFS7437-7PPBF stands for International Rectifier Field Stop 7-amp, 437-volt 7-pin power plastic package with body-fastener. It is a power MOSFET transistor with high breakdown voltage and low on-resistance (RDS(ON)). IRFS7437-7PPBF can be found in electronic gadgets, such as computers, laptops, cell phones, video game consoles, and other consumer electronics.
