IRLML6244TRPBF is a N-channel enhancement-mode power metal oxide semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) designed for power switching applications. It is the optimized version of IRLML6244TRPBF, offering greater RDS(on), lower gate charge, lower gate-source voltage and improved power MOSFET performance. This device has higher efficiency and higher switching speed, therefore making it ideal for applications at higher frequencies.
