Working Principle

The NTD4804NAT4G is designed to comprise both the source and drain terminals of an N-channel MOSFET. It works by using a voltage signal at the Gate terminal to control the current flow through the source and drain terminals. When the Gate voltage is at the same voltage or above the source voltage, current flows through the source and drain terminals. When the Gate voltage is lowered below the source voltage, the current flow is shut off. As the Gate voltage is increased, the current flow through the device will increase as well.

The NTD4804NAT4G works by using the voltage signal at the Gate terminal to control the current flow through the device. The device is an enhancement-mode Flash Mosfet, meaning that the voltage at the Gate terminal is used to control current flow through the device.
