The SSM3K16CTC,L3F is engineered to operate with a maximum drain current of 1.3 amps with a gate-source voltage of 10V, 10mΩ of input capacitance and a parasitic junction capacitance of only 0.2pF. This makes it well-suited for higher power, high speed applications. Additionally, the SSM3K16CTC,L3F features a diode-class-B protection circuit, which limits the device\'s output current in the event of a short to the power supply. This can significantly reduce the possibility of damage to the device in case of a fault.
