APT5010JLLU2 is a 30V N-Channel logic level enhancement mode MOSFET produced by advanced Power Technology. It is suitable for low-voltage, low-current and high-frequency power switch applications. It has a single source-drain terminal, a gate terminal and a drain terminal.
The application field for APT5010JLLU2 is many and varied, such as load switch applications, relay drivers, DC-DC converters, audio amplifiers, motor controllers and more. The device is also suitable for many low-voltage digital logic circuits, such as in digital television, set-top boxes, digital audio systems and more.
The working principle of APT5010JLLU2 is based on the familiar field effect transistor, or FET.
