The APT5510JFLL is a dual N-channel logic-level enhancement-mode MOSFET with a floating channel designed for high-side switching. It is suitable for a wide range of applications, including those such as DC/DC converters, AC/DC converters, and motor control systems. The APT5510JFLL is designed for use in digital and switching applications but is available in linear technology for lower gate-voltage applications.

The APT5510JFLL is a logic level enhancement type MOSFET, also known as an E-mode MOSFET. This type of MOSFET has a lower gate threshold voltage than a standard MOSFET and is generally used when lower gate voltages are required. The APT5510JFLL has two N-type depletion-mode MOSFETs in a package with a built-in floating channel. It has an absolute maximum rating of 6A and a maximum drain-source voltage of 20V.
