FETs are usually constructed from two materials; a semiconducting material such as gallium arsenide, and an insulating material such as silicon dioxide. The FET is composed of a source, a drain and a gate that control the flow of electrons.The FCPF190N60 is an example of a field-effect transistor powered by N-channel.
