The FDMA1027P transistor array is a semiconductor device that consists of four N-channel enhancement mode field effect transistors (FET)s in a single package designed for convenient use. It is designed for analog and digital applications in a wide range of instruments, circuits and systems. It is integrated with the latest process technologies made possible using the latest CMOS technology.The FDMA1027P can be used in applications such as amplifiers, power supplies, regulators, drivers and digital logic circuits. It is also suitable for audio/video switching, power management and motor control. The device is designed for operation over a wide range of power supplies from 1.8V to 13V.The FDMA1027P is capable of supplying a continuously regulated current up to 500 mA. The device features a high current drive capability of up to 2A. It also features a low on-resistance of 0.09 ohms, high frequency operation up to 2.5MHz, and a low noise performance of 22 nV/Hz.The FDMA1027P also has a precision reference voltage of 0.75V with an offset error of less than ±10 mV. This ensures an accurate reference voltage.The FDMA1027P has a wide range of features to meet the demands of a variety of applications. It has an on-chip temperature compensation and current limit, adjustable over-temperature power limiting, programmable slew rate, and reverse current.It also has a built in thermal shutdown circuitry that is activated when the junction temperature exceeds the device\'s limits. This prevents damage due to overheating.The device\'s working principle involves two N-channel FETs in series. Both FETs are controlled by a separate control signal. The positive voltage on the control signal sets the FETs in an open circuit state and the negative voltage closes the circuit and enables current to flow.
