The FDMA 8884 is an advanced device from the family of Field Effect Transistors (FETs). The FDMA 8884 has two main application fields. One is for motor control applications, in which an efficient power conversion and high voltage capability are needed. These devices are also suitable for use in high current, low frequency switching applications, such as gate drivers, high-side switches, and boost converters.
