FDMA7670 is an advanced integrated circuit technology developed by Fairchild Semiconductor, part of the larger corporate family of On Semiconductor. This integrated circuit is based on a field-effect transistor (FET) architecture, and is designed for use in a variety of applications ranging from communications and consumer electronics to industrial.
