The FDMA1028NZ-F021 is an array of high power n-channel power MOSFETs. It is designed for a wide range of applications ranging from low frequency high current switching to high frequency low current switching. This MOSFET array provides superior performance compared to discrete designs with low on resistance, high switching speed and low input capacitance. In addition, the device provides excellent noise immunity and protection against over-voltage, over-temperature and under-voltage conditions.
The FDMA1028NZ-F021 is constructed of a single high-voltage n-channel MOSFET array. Each device contains 4 paralleled cells per device, providing a total of 8 cells. Each cell acts as a common source FET switch with an on-resistance as low as 170mΩ per cell. The device is also equipped with a built-in charge pump to reduce the gate charge of the array, which increases the available current switching speed. The device supports logic levels up to 10V and has an operating temperature range of -40°C to +225°C.
