The IRFHM8329TRPBF is a single N-channel enhancement mode field effect transistor (FET). It is designed to reduce the on-state forward voltage drop and the overall power dissipation of a system by replacing the bipolar transistor.
This FET is designed for use in high frequency switching applications such as DC-DC converters, frequency converters, power amplifiers, power management circuits and power MOSFET drivers. It is also specially designed for easy paralleling of multiple devices and can be used as a load switch, bridging multiple transistors for higher power.
