Furthermore, this MOSFET is available in a very small package with a footprint of only 1.27mm x 1.19mm.How does a MOSFET Work?A MOSFET is a type of transistor which utilizes the principle of the Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor field effect (MOS-FET) in order to control the flow of electricity.When the gate of the MOSFET is left open, the source and drain are connected, allowing the current to flow.
