The device is designed for applications requiring very low gate-source threshold voltage, low input and output capacitance, and ruggedness. Since the BUK6507-75C,127 operates under enhancement mode, the devices are for use in applications such as automotive, power management and audio amplifier.
Core Working Principle
The field effect transistor is a voltage-controlled three-terminal electronic device. There is a source, a drain, a gate. Applying a voltage to the gate terminal will electrostatically deforms the interface connector between the source and the drain. As the electric field deforms the interface, it also changes the conductor\'s electrical resistance. This electric field phenomenon is Field Effect and is the reason why it\'s called a Field Effect Transistor.
