CSD18510KCS is a type of field-effect transistor (FET). It is a single-polarity, enhancement-mode FET which is mainly used in push–pull power converter and other power management applications. It is an ideal solution for high-frequency switching applications such as power supply, motor control and LED lighting, etc.
