The HUFA76404DK8T is an array of N-Channel depletion-mode field-effect transistors (FETs) built using Toshiba’s most advanced silicon-on-insulator (SOI) technology. Designed for applications requiring high-speed switching, its discrete transistors provide an array of eight individually controlled FETs.
