The HUFA7643P3 is a single-channel N-type MOSFET (Metal Oxide Semiconductor Field Effect Transistor) uniquely designed to provide high-speed, low-noise performance. Made by South Korea’s Hoojinsemi corporation, it is designed to maintain optimal levels of speed, noise reduction, and low power consumption over a wide range of temperatures, making it a reliable solution for industrial, automotive, and consumer electronics applications.

The HUFA7643P3\'s key functions are associated with its unique construction. It is built from several layers, including a multi-layer polysilicon gate, a low resistance source and drain structure, a low resistivity layer sandwiched between them, and a shielded dielectric surface.
