The HUFA76645S3S is a single N-Channel, Enhancement Mode, Silicon-Gate, Metal Oxide Power Field Effect Transistor (MOSFET), and is suitable for high-density progressive switching applications. This makes it especially appropriate for applications encompassing DC-DC converters, load switches, temperature sensors, and current sensing, to name a few. The HUFA76645S3S is designed to operate in automated processes and as a result is especially appropriate for off-line and DC-to-DC converter printed circuit board (PCB) design.

The operating principle of the HUFA76645S3S is based on the principle of a field-effect transistor, and it uses the gate-to channel capacitance to control the flow of current depending on the voltage applied to the gate.
