HUFA75321S3S is a surface-mounted, depletion-mode N-channel enhancement-mode Field-Effect-Transistor (FET or eFET). It is mainly employed in a wide range of switch and logic applications, such as a wide variety of low noise, low voltage, low power switching applications as a substitute for mechanical or electromechanical switches. It is often used as an in-rush current limiting circuit.
