IRFH5020TRPBF is an N-channel enhancement mode Field Effect Transistor (FET) that offers a wide range of features and applications. It has four terminals, two of which are source and drain and two are gate. The gate and source of the transistor are internally connected, as well as connected to the body (or substrate) and a back gate. The IRFH5020TRPBF transistor is a depletion-mode FET and is used in analog and digital circuits with the help of an external gate.
