Working Principle

The transistor array\'s operating principle is based on the ability of the FET to introduce a voltage difference into the PiN diode via the gate-source connection, while the MOSFET acts as a switch.
The gate-source voltage is responsible for turning the MOSFET (the rectifier) on and off. When the gate-source voltage is higher than the turn-on voltage, the MOSFET is turned on. The PNP diode then acts as a diode and the voltage will rise across the turn-on voltage of the MOSFET and the output of the IRFI4019HG-117P will rise too.
