The SI4330DY-T1-GE3 is a low-cost, high-performance, dual-channel dual-gate MOSFET array with many applications.

It is a high-speed and high-efficiency product, with a maximum operating frequency of 300 MHz, low on-resistance of 30 mΩ, and input capacitance of 5.1 pF typical.
