DMN2027UPS-13 is a single enhancement mode, non-polarized, N-channel MOSFETs, packaged in a TO-220AC package. Stretching from -55 ˚C to 175 ˚C, this device is highly suitable for a wide range of temperature operating conditions. With excellent thermal stability and a high operational temperature range, it is popularly used in various industrial and automotive applications.

DMN2027UPS-13 works based on the principle of a MOSFET. In direct-current circuits, MOSFETs are used as electronic switches and amplifiers. When a small current flows through the Gate of the MOSFET, it turns the transistor on ‘ON’, permitting current through the Drain and Source. It can withstand a higher voltage than a bipolar junction transistor (BJT), which is beneficial for power conversion.
