IRFU3711 is an enhancement-mode, N-channel, field-effect transistor (FET) designed for high-speed pulse applications. It is also commonly referred to as a metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET). This type of transistor is widely used in power management, analog, and other switching applications.

An N type FET is created when a P-type substrate is sandwiched between N+ regions and the gate is insulated from the substrate. This type of transistor offers better speed, better input and output methods, and lower power dissipation than other types of transistors.

The IRFU3711 has a 20V source and drain breakdown voltage and an 18A continuous drain current. This high-speed MOSFET is designed specifically for high-current pulses, with a fast switching time of 180ns. It has a low gate-source capacitance of 2pF and a low gate threshold voltage of 1.8V.

An IRFU3711 can be used in a variety of power management and analog applications, such as DC-DC converters, motor control circuits, and power supplies. It can also be used as a switch to control multiple devices, such as LEDs.
