The IRLU014 field-effect transistor (FET) is a four-terminal device that is commonly used in a variety of digital and analog circuits. It is a single, N-channel, Enhancement-mode MOSFET that can be used as a switch or an amplifier. The IRLU014 is a popular choice for many applications because of its low on-state resistance and low leakage current, enabling it to easily drive high voltages and high current, while still maintaining low power consumption. It has a fairly large gate-to-source voltage (VGS) capability as well, meaning it can be used in both high and low voltage circuits.
