IRLU3715PBF is a single chip n-MOSFET with a P-Channel Enhancement mode and a logic level gate drive. It is used as an electronically controlled switch for both digital and analog signals in applications such as portable power management, DC/DC converters, AC to DC converters and power supplies, telephone and digital music players. It operates from a single 2.7-3.6V supply and has a 0.1Ohm typical on-state resistance.

The main feature of the IRLU3715PBF is its low on-resistance, which is just 0.1ohms, 0.2ohms to 0.3ohms for gate and drain source voltages of 8.0V and 10.5V respectively.
