IXFT24N50Q are high voltage power Field Effect Transistors (FETs) manufactured by Infineon Technologies using advanced OptiMOS™ 3 low-voltage process technology to achieve a breakdown voltage of 700V and an operating temperature range from -55°C to 150°C.
