1. Voltage regulator: The NTLJF4156NTAG can be used as a synchronous buck regulator. Its driver can provide a regulated voltage as high as 50V and offers improved efficiency and ultra-low quiescentcurrent operation. The NTLJF4156NTAG Gate Driver is an integrated circuit that uses two sections of complementary MOSFETs in an H-bridge configuration to drive a gate voltage. The NTLJF4156NTAG gate driver provides an internally compensated error amplifier to compensate for any parameter drift in the gate driver. It has a current monitor for current sensing in the gate driver and an adjustable ramp generator for soft-start and to minimize shoot-through current.The NTLJF4156NTAG gate driver operates in two modes: constant-voltage mode and constant-current mode. In constant-voltage mode, the voltage across the gate remains constant; this mode is used for low-side MOSFETs (G3, G4) and for high-side MOSFETs (G1, G2).
