The SI5933 CDC-T1-E3 is a symmetrical dual-channel high-speed parameter-controlled switch (PCS) array designed for use in advanced analog, digital and mixed-signal integrated circuit applications. It has two independent channels with 8 individually programmable switches and a common on/off enable pin for both channels. The SI5933 is ideal for applications where multiple switches are required to be switched in a sequence or for switching signals with varying logic polarities. It is also suitable for high-speed signal routing and bus isolation.

The SI5933 has two main operating modes: switching mode and parameter-controlled mode. In switching mode, the switch is either in its “on” or “off” state and no external parameters are required. In parameter-controlled mode, an external voltage level is used to control the switching behavior, allowing the switch to be turned on or off in response to the external voltage.
