SI5943DU-T1-E3 is a highly featured, dual low-side driver with intelligent diagnostics, robust integrated protection and a wide supply voltage range. The SI5943DU-T1-E3 is based on a vertical N-channel dual low-side driver with integrated thermal protection, fault indicators and active Miller clamp. This is a heterogeneous array of thin-film vertical FETs that are electrically distributed with low on-resistance. The device also features low switching losses, low stray inductance, and robust fault detection.
SI5943DU-T1-E3 includes advanced features such as dual low-side driver, fault detection, over-temperature monitoring, over-voltage protection and active Miller clamp. The device\'s dual low-side driver reduces power consumption, extends system lifetime and provides an optimized light profile.
