The SI7370ADP-T1-GE3 is a single N-channel, low-side, MOSFET (Metal–oxide–semiconductor field-effect transistor) housed in a power package. It is designed specifically for use as a load switch and is ideal for applications such as battery-powered devices, laptops, and desktop computers.

The SI7370ADP-T1-GE3 has an integrated ESD protection diode and offers superior power switching efficiency, low Ron resistance, reverse leakage current and low-on-resistance variation with respect to drain voltage and temperature. With its low Ron resistance and temperature control, the SI7370ADP-T1-GE3 will help to minimize power loss. In addition, the single channel MOSFET device is capable of load switching up to 3 amp and has a low on-resistance of 0.045Ω at 4.5V (W/L ratio of 7.5x20um).

The SI7370ADP-T1-GE3 main applications are power switching, such as load switches, power regulators and DC converters, as well as solenoid and motor applications that require a wide temperature range and low on-resistance.
